Abstract:
This study explores the ethical principles and practices of school administrators in the Cahilsot District, General Santos City, focusing on their leadership roles in fostering ethical governance. Using a qualitative research design, data were gathered through semi-structured interviews with selected school administrators. The findings highlight key themes, including leadership challenges, ethical decision-making, stakeholder collaboration, and the impact of ethical leadership on school governance. The study underscores the importance of professional development, policy support, and transparency in overcoming ethical dilemmas. Recommendations emphasize strengthening ethical training programs, promoting stakeholder engagement, and ensuring equitable resource distribution to enhance ethical leadership practices. These findings contribute to the ongoing discourse on educational leadership and governance in diverse school settings.
