Social Intelligence and Attitude towards Learning and Moral Values Awareness of the Administrative Officers of Valencia City Division

Abstract:
This study aimed to investigate the emotional intelligence and attitude towards learning and moral values awareness of ADAS employees, to find out the difference between Emotional Intelligence and Attitude towards Learning of ADAS employees in Valencia City llI, District for the school year 2022-2023. The emotional intelligence of the ADAS employees is consistently agreed with statements related to emotional intelligence in various situations was very high. It indicates that the majority of administrative officers very high with the principal. As a result, we can conclude that there is a statistically significant association between the two variables. Therefore, the null hypothesis is rejected. Then revealing a fellow learner who is cheating, suggesting a culture of loyalty or empathy among the students. The results show that there is a statistically significant relationship between these two variables’ ADAS moral values awareness. Therefore, the null hypothesis: There is no significant relationship between the ALS learners’ emotional intelligence, attitude towards learning and their moral values awareness.Results are that the ADAS officers in this study possess a strong ability to seek positivity in challenging situations, prioritize the importance of their work, embrace new ideas and opportunities, and express themselves openly and honestly. However, the results indicate a positive attitude towards learning and academic integrity among ADAS. Thus, they were performing well in their schooling rather than committing mistakes. Lastly, there was no significant relationship between the APAS, emotional intelligence, attitude towards learning and their moral values awareness. Emotional intelligence is a learned ability to identify, understand, experience and express human emotions in healthy and productive ways. Moreover, they found that emotional intelligence, such as the 2. ability to regulate one’s feelings, problem solving, and intrapersonal and interpersonal skills are highly significant in gaining academic success. Being able to handle emotions in relationships and being able to influence and inspire others are essential foundation skills. However, it suggests a general consensus among ADAS personnel regarding the importance of studying and the consequences of cheating on their learning outcomes. Finally, Department of Education may focus on the programs that positively impact ADAS employees on emotional intelligence, attitude towards learning and moral values Awareness which will also help grow the employees and its productivity. Future researchers may conduct the same study but with a greater number of respondents to further validate the results of this study.
