Abstract:

This study was designed to know more about the faculty and staff of the five sister colleges, Miriam College, Assumotion College, College of the Holy Spirit, St. Paul College, Quezon City and St. Scholastica's College. Knowing more about the competencies, values and beliefs of the faculty and staff will enable the colleges to plan proactively for their needs.

The theory chosen (Cooper and Sawaf, 1997)– executive emotional quotient- has four corner stones, namely: emotional literacy, emotional fitness, emotional depth and emotional alchemy. Using this theory, the writers ventured to describe the executive emotional quotient of the faculty and staff of the five sister colleges.
