Abstract:

In the education sector, these needs are urgent and critical. As the Philippines continues to experience higher than replacement population growth rates with almost half our people in the 0 - 15 years age bracket, there will be pressures to expand schooling services. Also, more training and development of the nation's manpower resource will be needed as the country gears for industrialization and higher productivity in all sectors.
