The Ilocanos in Zambales

Abstract:

The movement of the Ilocanos toward the south since the 18th century and toward the east in the 19th and 20th century is a saga of national interest. It is also an event that gives a partial explanation of the forces behind the economic development of the country. The following paper which is fully documented is the first attempt to describe that phenomenon which properly forms part of the Filipino heritage.
