Abstract:

The text of the Constitution of Biak-na-bato is little known among ourselves, for which reason we have decided to reproduce it, ad perpetuam rei memoriam. While the existence of such Constitution is not questioned at present, a doubt still remains as to whether it had been signed in Manila or elsewhere, and whether the signatures are authentic.
