Abstract:

Findings and results of research have been traditionally shared with the
scientific community through publication in journals and during presentation
at meetings of professional organizations. The traditional method of
communicating results of studies is achieved through scientific journals that
also serve as the repository of knowledge in a field of specialization. Recently,
on-line publication is gaining popularity. Several professional associations
publish the proceedings of their conference in this manner. Several scientific
journals are publishing their journals on-line to save printing time, easy
retrieval, and for economic reasons.
