Development of a Safety Framework in the Workplace: A case in St. Paul University Manila

Abstract:

Since a school must have a documented Health and Safety Policy, Dr. Elizabeth Ramos and Engineer Marcelo Ramos conducted a study that aims to determine the level of safety awareness of the school managers and full-time employees of SPU Manila and to develop a safety framework for the institution. Thirty-four managers and 141 full-time employees participated in the research. The researchers used the descriptive method of survey.
