Candle Making with Pomacea canaliculata Shell as an Added Material and Burning Time

Abstract:

This study tried to make use of the powdered shells of Pomacea canaliculata or golden kuhol as a component material in making candles. The results showed that a candle with powdered shells as an extender has a longer burning time than a candle of pure wax.
