Abstract:

As we celebrate this conference in Naga. Tomas Arejola's birthplace, I consider it an appropriate moment to highlight the efforts and achievements of this Bicolano patriot. Itis unfortunate thatwe know so little oftbis Bicolano hero; in fact some of us seem to be more knowledgeable about American and European patriots than those from our town.

 

This paper is a short biography of Tomas Arejola, a patriot who rose to greatness by unswervingly adhering to the country's total independence.
