Abstract:

This paper attempts to recreate aspects of the local history of Bohol through the presentation of selected vintage photographs taken around the province through the last century. The sample photographs are part of the museum collection of Holy Name University in Tagbilaran City. The author also explains various clues for the student of history that could be derived from old photographs as primary data sources.
