Abstract:

The study aimed to develop a low-cost electronic running message. This study sought to address the following issues: (a) availability of the parts in the local market, (b) the price of the system and (c) the functionality of the device.

To establish the functionality of the design, the researchers used experimental development and used descriptive approach to evaluate its design features.

Findings revealed acceptable data as regards the functionality of the device.
