Correlation of Training Program and Performance of Teachers

This study sought to determine the effectiveness of the different training programs conducted during the school year 2005-2006 to school year 2007-2008. Furthermore, this study determined which of the training programs had an impact on the performance of the faculty members during the aforementioned school years under study.
