Abstract:

The American Historical Association held its 83rdannual meeting in New York City, December 28.30, 1968. Most sessions and exhibits were held at the Statler Hilton Hotel, although a few were held at the Hotel New Yorker. Thirty-two other historical groups (i.e. American Catholic Historical Association, Agricultural History Society, Conference on Asian History, Medieval Academy of America, Society for the History of Discoveries, among others) held their meetings jointly with the American Historical Association.
