Writing the “Geographies of Light”

Abstract:

This paper is an exegetic attempt on the author’s recent prize-winning collection of poetry “Geographies of Light.” The poet locates her poems in the space between theories and her own experiences of travel to both popular and less frequented destinations. What results is a “poetic crossing” - the movement in space and time, from the concrete world to that of the world of imagination.
