Intelehensiyang Moral at Kakayahang Kultural ng mga Mag-aaral sa Batsilyer ng Sekondaryang Edukasyon Medyor sa Filipino sa lokal na kolehiyo ng Kapalong College of Agriculture, Sciences and Technology

Abstract:

Isinagawa ang pananaliksik na ito upang suriin ang ugnayan sa pagitan ng intelehensiyang moral at kakayahang kultural ng mga mag-aaral sa kursong Batsilyer sa Sekundaryang Edukasyon, Medyor sa Filipino sa Kapalong College of Agriculture, Sciences and Technology para sa Taong Panuruan 2023–2024. Sa harap ng pangangailangang makabuo ng mga gurong may etikal na prinsipyo at bukas sa pagkakaibang kultural, ginamit ang kwantitatibong korelasyonal na disenyo at random sampling upang mapili ang 176 na respondente. Nangalap ng datos gamit ang Moral Intelligence Scale nina Yakut at Yakut (2021) at ang Cultural Competence Self-Assessment Questionnaire mula sa CVIMS (2021). Lumabas sa pagsusuri na may makabuluhan ngunit mahinang positibong ugnayan (r = .164, p = .028) sa pagitan ng intelehensiyang moral at kakayahang kultural. Ipinapahiwatig nito na mahalaga ang moral na prinsipyo sa pag-unlad ng kamalayang kultural, subalit kailangan ng mas sistematikong integrasyon ng mga ito sa edukasyon upang higit na mapaunlad ang interkultural na kasanayan ng mga mag-aaral.
