Karanasan ng mga Ata- manobo na Mag-aaral sa Institusyon ng KCAST sa Kolaboratibong Pagkatuto: Isang Penomenolohikal na Pag-aaral

Abstract:

Layunin ng pananaliksik na ito na matuklasan ang mga hamong kinakaharap ng Ata Manobo na mag-aaral kaugnay sa kolaboratibong pagkatuto, at alamin kung paano nakaaapekto ang kanilang karanasan sa paghubog ng kumpiyansa sa sarili at pag-unlad sa edukasyon. Isinagawa ang pag-aaral gamit ang kwalitatibong disenyo, partikular ang penomenolohikal na pagdulog, upang maipakita at maunawaan ang mga tunay na karanasan ng mga kalahok. Ang mga respondente ay binubuo ng labing-apat (14) na Ata Manobo mula sa isang lokal na kolehiyo sa lungsod ng Maniki, Kapalong, Davao del Norte. Ginamit ang talatanungan na may bukas na mga tanong para matukoy ang malalim na pananaw ng mga kalahok. Batay sa natuklasan, lumitaw na ang pagpapahalaga sa kolaborasyong kaalaman ay may malaking epekto sa pag-iwas sa pagkabalisa tuwing may mga gawaing pangkatan. Naitala rin ang mga hadlang tulad ng kakulangan sa tiwala sa sarili, takot sa paghusga ng iba, at limitadong karanasan sa kolaboratibong gawain. Gayunpaman, kapag may sapat na suporta at pagtanggap mula sa kapwa, mas nagiging bukas sa pakikilahok ang mga estudyante. Sa kabuuan, ipinapakita ng pananaliksik na ang kolaboratibong pagkatuto ay hindi lamang nakatutulong sa paghubog ng positibong saloobin kundi mahalaga rin sa pagpapalakas ng kumpiyansa sa sarili at pag-unlad ng mga Ata-Manobo sa larangan ng edukasyon.
