Abstract:

Ang isyu ng pagbuo at pagpapaunlad ng Filipino ay patuloy na pinag-uusapan sa iba’t ibang panig ng bansa. Nagpapatunay ito na aktibo at may interes ang mga mamamayan sa mga usaping pangwika. Ang konstitusyong nilahukan ng mga Cebuano ay nagpahiwatig na di dapat tawaran ang kakayahan ng mga di-Tagalog na malaki ang maitutulong sa pagpapaunlad ng Filipino.

The issue of the formation and development of Filipino is constantly being tackled in the different parts of the country. This proves that the people are active and have interest in language matters. The constitution that the Cebuanos participated in implies that the capability of non-Tagalog speakers should not be denied for they could contribute a lot in the development of Filipino.
