Abstract:

With the rapid economic growth in the Pacific Basin, countries in this region have significantly increased their investment on management education and training. Often, foreign educators and trainers are invited to assist in human resource development efforts in both the public and private sectors. As a useful tool for education and training, experiential learning has been used by many educators and trainers in countries like Singapore, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Taiwan.
