Leonardo C. Sawal is a licensed Sanitary Engineer. He holds degrees in Bachelor of Science in Sanitary Engineering from National University and Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Manuel L. Quezon University. He had vast working experiences as Sanitary Engineer in various Water Supply companies before venturing into teaching profession. He is a full-time faculty of the Civil / Sanitary Engineering Department of TIP Manila.
