Mark Gil C. Mercado finished his Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at AMA Computer College. He is a candidate for the degree in  Master of Science in Information Technology at De La Salle University. He was a full time faculty of the Computer Studies Department of TIP Manila. Currently, he is the Information Technology Officer of TIP Manila.
