Rosalia F. Gabuya is a BS Management and Industrial Engineering graduate of the Mapua Institute of Technology in 1981. She obtained her Master in Industrial Engineering and Management (Non-Thesis) from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines in 2005. Engineer Gabuya became a full-time faculty member of the ME/IE Department of TIPQC in June, 2003.
